TFI Trans Inc is an FMCSA-authorized property broker, not the motor carrier that physically transports your vehicle. We arrange transportation with an independent authorized motor carrier and coordinate the shipment through delivery.
How does TFI qualify a motor carrier?
TFI's Terms require motor carriers to hold valid FMCSA operating authority, maintain required insurance, avoid an Unsatisfactory safety rating, and comply with applicable federal and state laws.
Is the price guaranteed when I submit the form?
Submitting the form is a quote request, not a booking or price guarantee. TFI reviews the route, vehicle, timing, equipment, and available carrier capacity before confirming shipment details and pricing.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Yes — you can request a specific delivery date and we'll do our best to accommodate it. We can't guarantee exact dates due to weather and road conditions, but we prioritize getting your shipment as close to your desired timeframe as possible.
